This course was helpful in looking back at my teaching career and reminding myself of the things I am doing to impact students.

I enjoyed this course. It strongly encourages all educators to look at their students in a strength based perspective.

I found this course to be a wonderful refresher of the reason why I became an educator. It also occurred at the optimum time of me being a little over half-way through my career to help me gain a focus for what I want the next few years to look like for me as a teacher. This course was thought-provoking and inspirational.

I took everything that was said and found where I fit in.

I believe this course could be more impactful if we were able to complete it in small groups and bounce ideas back and forth off of each other.

I found encouragement within this course and remembered my why.

The 3D Coaching for Educators program provides an excellent motivation for teachers. By emphasizing the importance of the body, mind, and spirit, the framework unlocks the gateway to learning . Students need to feel their teachers care about them first before they can learn the fundamentals through hard work. As a professor of education who has spent over 25 years in the profession, I wholeheartedly recommend this program.

There is a lot of fantastic material for educators in this course, especially if you are in the beginning stages of your educator journey.

It is the second time I have completed the course. I would like to see this more in action.

It was enjoyable and made me think about my students in my classroom a little differently.

This program offers a purpose affirming set of units that reminds participants of the importance of what we do, while also keeping the focus on the people (the students) that we do this job for. It explains the structure that must be in place to ensure that our students are taught the information and values they will need to be successful adults in the future.

Has good information, but felt it could have been condensed into a shorter amount of time.

I have loved the time to think about my purpose statement, who has impacted me and what I am going to do to impact others.

The activities are nice to be able to connect to real time. I think that it would be a good revive of information a couple years into teacher, not right away.

This really makes you think about how you approach students and people in general. As I worked through the modules, I thought of all the students I have had in the past that I used this with, without knowing that's what it was. I also thought of all the educators I currently work with that do this, and some that could learn from this. Very Helpful.

This course provides a good overview of the 3D Framework in relation to education.
