Very informative and helped me a lot.
Lot's of common sense. There are a lot of great things. In my opinion, this focuses greatly on suburban/urban schools and sports. At times it really seemed to lack strategies for rural schools/sports programs.
This course, no matter where you are in your coaching career, will help guide you towards running a program that is best for young people. They need more than x's and o's, or splits, or plays. They need love and compassion. They need to feel like they belong.
