3D Coaching for Sport: Certification

I enjoyed the chance to reflect on my purpose and goals. It was an inspiration to find a way to better myself and my coaching. It was a great way to start my season.

Life changing. This course put words to what I’ve felt in my heart, and has given me a framework to incorporate the desire to lead these young men into adulthood.

Course gives a great framework to live and lead a life that is dedicated to athletics being rightly understood.

The course was well laid out and was easy to follow from module to module. I feel as our program specifically has already been heading in the right direction as a "3D" program, however, this course has made me think much deeper. It has forced me back into a growth mindset as I know there is so much more that we can still accomplish as coaches and as a 3-dimensional program. I look forward to discussing my transformational purpose statement, my notes from the course, and my plan with our staff as we work towards a new season and beyond.

3D coaching can transform coaches, players, a school and a community. 3D coaching can instill healthy beliefs, mindsets, and character qualities that are missing in society. Once those are instilled, then behaviors change. If people are connected, loved and valued like 3D teaches then life is full of goodness, and a whole lot of love. What a great program 3D is. The ripple effect is HUGE and I am very thankful to have been coached by a 3D coach when I was growing up and to be a 3D coach myself. Thank you for pouring into lives of thousands via this program.
