3D Coaching for Sport: Certification

The course is excellent! While geared primarily for the US sporting community the principles are clearly transferable and applicable to coaching in Scotland and the UK. With commitment to 3D principles and the imagination to ground them in your own country, the 3D coaching course can surely be a helpful and important resource in helping the worldwide community called 'Sport' to re-find its soul in situations where it has been buried under 'the way it's always been done', machismo and a 'win at all costs' mentality. 3D coaching helps us get beyond surface and skin-deep approaches to the heart of the matter "Who and Why Are You?"

I enjoyed the course a lot as it taught me a lot and gave me ideas to make me a better coach. It also showed me that although I coach in the 3rd dimension, that there are a few things that I do as a 1st dimension coach.

Most valuable course I have ever enrolled in. I know early on in my career I was a level 1 coach and I believe I had developed into a level 2 coach, without the terminology. My eyes are open to improving the lives of my student-athletes through improving my coaching strategies with this framework.

What I found most is how it made me reflect on my own coaching journey over the last 27 years. Redefine my why in life as I move forward in my own personal journey. I thank you for that.

Awesome course

I loved the way the videos were chunked into smaller blocks of time making them manageable to work through. I also loved the opportunity at the end to go "shopping" for tools that work with your own style to create a personal resource.
