This is a great course guideline for coaches/mentors for their groups that they are coaching and how impactful coaches are for their teams they coach. I would recommend this course to any and every coach as this course is made suitable to groom the "perfect" coach.

This course validated current coaching struggles, then proceeded to explain why it was imperative to look at todays coaching through different lenses. I especially appreciate "Accountability" having an entire section devoted to it and that it specifically mentions that coaches and athletes need to be held accountable for their actions and choices.

The course is very impactful on all levels of coaching areas.
Prior to taking this course I thought I knew how to reach kids and how to develop meaningful relationships with them. I was wrong. I have learned a lot about how to coach in the 2nd and 3rd dimension and I think putting it into practice will help our athletes going forward.
