Do This!!!
This is a really great way to challenge yourself to start thinking outside the box when it comes to coaching. When you start to focus on all of the other aspects outside of just technique and tactics you start to realize how much more important and impactful it is to prioritize your athletes minds and souls instead of their physical abilities.
Good Course!
Awesome course
Very insightful and important not only in the area of sport, but life in general.
This course given me excellent ideas for improving my coaching overall.
This product was really helpful. It was something that really made the think about team dynamics and how to balance personalities within my team. The methods to think about helping sports be more than winning and losing and helping people become better people and teammates.
very informative course. the mental side of coaching is lacking a lot these days and coaches tend to focus only on the physical side(1st dimension ) of coaching.
this course was a nice introduction to make us aware of the other pieces to coach an athlete/s these days.
It was a good course!
Great information, although lengthy for a volunteer assistant coach.
This review was good for those starting out as coaches as well as those who are seasoned.
Really help to understand the needs of our athletes in today's world versus how we grew up.
