The course has given me a framework with more specific language for what I've already been implementing and what I have believed in as a coach since I began my career 8 years ago. It has also served as a great tool that's helped me discern where I need to focus more of my energy and education for self-improvement. I fully intend to do the full course for certification as soon as possible!
