This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I think this course puts coaching and teaching into a new lens of improvement and developing skills through the 3d coaching.
As a psychology major I was able to understand a lot of the aspects and techniques explained in the course. I was able to make a lot of connections from my studies into this online course which made the learning easier and more obtainable.
