Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

The training involves a lot of different aspects many would look over. It was overall informative, encouraging, and beneficial.
This was great, really helped me understand the different and important aspects of coaching. It not just about fundamentals and winning, its about the players and building them for not just the sport but for their future.
This was a very informational course that will help me and my journey to helping these kids become better versions of themselves on and off the court.

I think it is very helpful information that can help coaches get more all around growth out of there players and help mold them in to amazing young adults
Great course content. Very informational and opens the eyes to aspects of coaching that we don't get to see every day. Being able to build from the bottom up and help deliver our messages to our players and understand different approaches to making it all come together is very important and I felt this course helped fulfill that need.
