Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

I enjoyed the content of these videos (as well as the links, although admittedly I haven't gone through all of them yet). I'm encouraged by the fact that I was required to watch these videos, and I hope more coaches take these strategies/suggestions seriously.
