This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
Course does a great job of promoting techniques that help coaches instruct players as people, not just athletes. It also shows how coaches are role models for the team.

I honestly found this to be incredibly engaging and useful. It's something that will stick with me for a long time. The videos were engaging, the different speakers were entertaining, and the messages being shared are solid.
