- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This course was very helpful and it greatly helped me better understand what my job wants out of me as far as coaching. It also better helped my understand my reasoning for why I wanted to be a coach and why I do what I do.
