3D Coaching for Business: Certification

This course helped me clearly define my "why" in all the ventures I lead, whether as a business owner, nonprofit founder, or sports official. The different modules helped me continue learning how to be a better leader, mentor, collaborator, and St. Joseph community member.

Wes and the team at the 3D Institute have some really great "not-so-secret sauce" here! Over the last two years of engaging with the 3D way I can say that I've grown in my ability to lead and follow, both personally and professionally.

I've done a lot of work around "finding my purpose" before but nothing has brought me the clarity like the 3D Journey. I highly recommend it to anyone who leads people from where they are to where they want to go!

The course was well put together and easy to follow and understand. Having the videos, followed by simple worksheets helped with the learning process.

It gives a new vision for leadership that goes beyond the bottom-line results and seeks to coach the whole person. In a time when so many entering the workforce see their job as an inconvenience, this type of leadership can step in to help people find their purpose in life and joy in the work they do. It's high time these concepts were applied to the world of business and work.
