3D Coaching for Business: Certification

This course has inspired me to continue the great partnerships the health center has with all of the Student Affairs departments as well as other departments inside and outside of MWSU.

3D gave me an incredible opportunity to reflect on my journey as an evolving leader, co-worker, mentor, and community member. This training also allowed our team a chance to learn and grow with one another to become a more cohesive unit focused on the principles of 3D.

With so much out in the world around skills and skills development, it is refreshing to have an in depth course that takes the whole being into consideration in order to "Expect to Win." We need more learning on the mindset and heart set to go along with the skillset and 3D Coaching For Business Leaders has done that.

The course provided a number of good, thought-provoking questions and really challenges you to dig down to the root of who you are, who you want to be, and what really motivates you on a daily basis.
