Honestly, I don't know how Coaches felt prepared for the responsibility of taking on dozens or hundreds of athletes before the 3D Course. The wisdom and information shared in this course is essential for everyone who understands that coaching can shape and transform lives -- not just teach athletic skills. I would (and have already) recommend the 3D Coaching Course to all; it is loaded with golden nuggets for life well beyond the coaching arena. Thank you for partnering with FCA as well! Those additional Faith-Based words of wisdom cut straight to the heart of why integritous coaching is so important in our culture today.

Less videos, more interaction or activities that aren't wholly based on "quizzes". Overall, it is a good learning experience for coaches who wish to further develop themselves as well.

3D Coaching was a phenomenal experience. I strongly believe that my values and virtues as a coach aligned with strategies used in the 2nd and 3rd dimensions. It reaffirmed many thoughts I had on ways to continue to improve and grow as a coach. I plan to review this content more than once, and will recommend to my future coaching staff!

I really liked it, as a coach who has been preaching this kind of stuff for years it helped to be able to put specific language to what I always knew as the best way to coach in the 3D way.

The 3D framework and structure was delivered in a way that created a process for understanding. The class assisted in reinforcing what our organizations philosophical approach is in coaching student-athletes as well as providing additional ideas and structure. But what it really did was provide us a more defined framework and language that we can plug in to what we currently employ as an organization. Thank you.

The course helped to visually lay out the values of working with student athletes.

I learned a great deal through the 3D process and it helped solidify many of my own beliefs.

It really opened my eyes to all that coaching can be, and the coaching is more than just wins and losses on the field.

It was so refreshing to have a class that was fundamentally based in faith as that does not seem to be the norm anymore. It also made sense of many struggles and issues I've seen in coaching but couldn't put a finger on the source or reason and gave me many ideas of how to proceed to deal with those struggles. I particularly like how it challenges us coaches to deal with ourselves and our issues first as that is fundamental in bringing your best to any relationship.

This course is absolutely great and fantastic, I will recommend it for every coach in the world now. In-fact every coach in this world needs this education to transform their thinking, plans and actions in coaching career.

Coaches needs this course if they want to become great mentors of others.

Coaches needs to do this course if they really want to become great leaders as coaches who will lead in truth, in beauty, and in goodness.

If coaches really want to live a legacy by modeling athletes who will transform their community, they need to pursue this course.

I will recommend this course for coaches who want the best for their athletes and themselves.

There were alot of things I did in the 3rd dimension that I wasn't aware of. I believe that I will grow even more now that I am aware.
