The 3D Coaching Institute is a very organized program. The depth, attention to detail, and expertise is profound. Any coach at any point on there career can help themselves and there program by partaking in the 3D journey. I highly recommend it.
If you love church groups and touchy-feely lectures, this is your jam. Honestly though, not very helpful for non-team sports.

3 Dimensional Coaching has a great deal to offer coaches of all experience levels. The course offers a plethora of strategies to engage our athletes, our communities and ourselves in positive ways. The course acknowledges the challenges coaches face and offers them opportunities to grow and engage in a new and constructive manner. Definitely worth the time and effort.

Best coaching course I have ever taken, period. Wish I would have taken this course 14 years ago when I started coaching. This is my 42nd year in high school athletics and my philosophy has partially aligned with the curriculum but it was never packaged. Now as an Athletic Director, I have the capacity to bring in into the entire program. This course came at the perfect time in our society.
