Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
Great course
good course, it is long but informative
As a coach with 20 years of experience with youth sports, this course taught me several things about the finer points of building a team and a winning organization. I would recommend, and even require, it for every coach as every level.
