Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

Long but easy takes a couple hours though

As a counsel by profession, I really appreciated the psychology aspect of this training as well as the unique challenges facing both coaches and kids today.

Very good course and it goes to the point as high-level and the course provide you a better way to get a plan to help your students and support them, plus it helps you to polish some of the experience you already have. Help you to be a better coach and to impact your community.
Although lengthy, the content is very applicable, valuable, and realistic.
I wasn't sure what to expect from the course but I was very happy with the content. A great reminder that coaching is about more than the technical aspects.
