Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

Honestly, it felt like one long fluffy infomercial to sell the actual tangible information we could implement as coaches.
I’m sure there are folks who coach one dimensional that could get something from this course, but to the rest of us who coach holistically and with heart, there was no added value.
