I can't say enough about this coursework as a framework for effective coaching. I felt I knew a lot already, but this course helped me frame what I knew and add more dimensions to my knowledge to help me understand my role better. This course serves as a great reminder of what is possible to accomplish if we focus on the three dimensions of fundamentals, mindset and heart. I am now more energized than ever to start to incorporate fresh ideas.

I think it is too long

I was never board. I took many more notes than expected.
