Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
This course has such a wide coverage of important topics that are relevant for all sports. The stories towards the end are particularly motivating. The beginning of the course is a bit long and slow to build, but once through that the content is clear and focused.
