Course Overview
This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR
It was awesome and very explanatory.
It can feel lengthy at times throughout the course, but a lot of the information is useful and encourages some thought into what you can do to be a better coach. I think there are certainly things I can take away from this course and incorporate into my coaching style.
