This course was really good. I went into it with the mindset that “it’s required, so let’s just get it over with.” That changed about halfway through the first module. I saw things that I could improve as well as some things that I already do well. The course reminded me to keep my focus on being a great leader. The results will come when the right values are in focus.

This course could have been more succinct in some ways and more detailed/expansive in other ways, but overall very important subject matter that highlights a critical aspect of athlete development which is the importance of developing the whole athlete, physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
Information provided is very impactive
