- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA
Great course
The course impressively highlights each area of coaching and doesn't focus on the generic roles & responsibilities of being a team leader. I didn't anticipate being moved by a "mandatory training" but I was surprisingly inspired as I clicked through each video. All the reasons I wanted to be a coach were talked about in this course and solidified my decision even more to put myself in a position of leading youth athletes.
