- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This course was great. Videos are informative and not lengthy.
This course was really easy to follow. I liked the check points where we could summarize and recap on what we have learned. The open response gave us a chance to say how we feel and give our take on what the 3D frame work will look like in our journey.
