The course had good information but it was long and took a lot of time.

A solid course for coaches.

This is a great course to focus on athletes and more than a complete fundamental way of coaching. It is a complete package for any age of coach in learning or reestablishing goals.

You need more different coaches presenting this information especially since you are trying to educate coaches of every sport, every level, in every state. 5 or 6 different speakers with only a few examples are not convincing enough. More former athletes should lso be speakers.

Good course for coaches to really understand the coaching framework and how it is broken down in the different dimensions to get the best out of student athletes and understand what to do to get their best to compete. Great for coaches to also think about how they present information and impact the athletes when preparing in off season and the season.

this is a good course

Courses like this can be helpful but need to broken down into smaller segments. Most of us have multiple jobs, as well as families, and it is insanely difficult to find time for all of this at once. Stopping and picking up where one has left off is more confusing than not. Perhaps the course could be 3 smaller, separate installations.
I'm also not really sure why you need to charge money for this either. Thirty dollars for a piece of paper with my name on it just so I can tick a box somewhere isn't logical yet I'm told I "have to" do this. We spend so much money for zero reason just to have a certificate. Knowledge and experience in this profession do not come from sitting behind a computer watching videos and this has ultimately taken away from my experience.
