Great course. I learned quite a lot about coaching and understanding the dimensions behind it.

Thank you, I love that you touched on a lot more than sport specific coaching. It was very helpful to hear about how to inspire athletes and how personal relationships are just if not more important than what they are accomplishing on the field.

Overall, the course was very informative and gave me a solid foundation for how to approach being a coach, mentor, role model, and leader for athletes this upcoming season. I appreciated the passion these instructors had when explaining concepts, sharing ideas, and tying in their own experiences throughout each clip to help me, as the audience, understand and reflect how we can get the most out of our coaching experience.
