This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

I did find the growth mindset module thought provoking. The other 30+ modules are so basic. I know it is just an overview of the full 3d program but this mostly felt like an advertisement.
This course was very informative and will be used when coaching my softball team this season.
