- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

Very insightful on how the mentality of the athletes and the coaches can come together.
Overall, I feel this course was very informative. It hit a lot of Key points and it spoke to the heart about knowing what you love about the sport that you coach and why and why it’s important to have you know your why. It gives you pointers on how to adjust things that you as a coach may feel are OK how to make things even better not only for yourself before your organization outside of just the kids but a structure in a whole.
