This course was created in partnership with the Virginia High School League to satisfy the coaching principles portion of VHSL’s coaches education mandate.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

It was informative of all aspects of coaching
This course provided great emphasis on a holistic understanding of sports that encompassed more than just winning. This course highlighted the importance of teaching athletes not only the fundamentals of sports but also the importance of developing psychologically and from the heart. It was very refreshing to see morals tied to coaching and sports in this current sports environment.
