- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework

I liked what I heard and read. It gives a good foundation and perspective on coaching and what significance it plays into a team and individual.

This course was interactive and useful for opening the eye of a young coach, I do wish that the course came with more ideas to use with difficult emotional athletes but I look forward to my upcoming first season as a coach.
