This course was created in partnership between the 3D Institute. The completion of this course, prior to assuming duties as an athletic director or coach, fully satisfies the OSAA’s Interscholastic Coaching Course one-time requirement.
- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of OSAA’s requirement to coach in the state of OR

This is a great course. Love the focus on the players development not just on the court/field but off the field, in their community and as a person. It's a great reminder that although we strive to build and develop athletes, we first have a responsibility as coaches to care for the kids we coach at a core relational level.
