- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

very in depth
I thought this was a well organized and very informative course on coaching. I loved that it focused on how to improve an athlete's perspective on life, as opposed to just the pure technical aspect of coaching
