- Gain a high-level understanding of the 3D Coaching Framework
- Learn about SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sports Coaches as processed through the 3D framework
- Complete this course as part of VHSL’s requirement to coach in the state of VA

This is a great course; however, prepare your time for viewing the entire course. I was not able to get through it all in one sitting. But, all of the videos are very informing. I was happy to see I was already doing much of what they were teaching, but I did learn more about coaching that will help me with my high school coaching.
The course is inspiring. It focuses on the right attributes that make a good coach. The course warns of risks that undermine the goals of high school sports and teaches how to avoid them. The course provides a framework to ensure that our student athletes succeed in life.
Great course that will help coaches think in depth about who and why they are coaching. Understanding and implementing these 3 Dimensions can turn a good coach, into a great one.
